Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This policy applies to everyone using Vault. Breaching it can lead to
content removal, suspension, withheld payouts and, where the law requires
it, a report to the authorities.
You must have the rights
Only upload content you created or are licensed to sell. You must hold the
documented, informed consent of every identifiable person appearing in it,
and every one of them must be an adult.
Prohibited content
-
Any sexual content involving minors, or any depiction of a minor
in a sexualised way. There is no tolerance and no warning: the
account is terminated and reported to the relevant authorities.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
-
Intimate images shared without the consent of everyone shown, and any
content produced through coercion or trafficking.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
-
Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies self-harm, suicide or
eating disorders.
-
Hate speech, harassment, or content that attacks people over a protected
characteristic.
- Terrorist or violent extremist material.
-
Content promoting the sale of regulated or illegal goods — drugs,
weapons, counterfeit items, stolen data or credentials.
- Malware, phishing, fraud, or get-rich-quick and financial scams.
-
Impersonation of another person or organisation, and deceptive synthetic
media of real people.
- Other people's personal data, published without their consent.
Prohibited conduct
- Redistributing, reselling or publishing content you bought.
- Removing, obscuring or altering watermarks.
- Circumventing payment, access controls or content protection.
- Automated scraping of the service, or interfering with its operation.
- Using Vault to launder money or to disguise the source of funds.
Reporting
To report content that breaches this policy, email
abuse@evault.solutions with a link or the
creator and video name. We review every report and act on it, usually
within one business day. Reports of child sexual abuse material are acted
on immediately.
Enforcement
Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict or terminate an
account, withhold or reverse payouts, refund affected buyers, and report
to law enforcement. Where we terminate an account we will tell the account
holder why, unless the law prevents us.
