These Terms govern your use of Vault, a service operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a company registered in [JURISDICTION] under number [REG NUMBER], with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("Vault", "we", "us"). By using the Vault bot or this website you agree to these Terms.

1. What Vault does

Vault is a digital service that lets creators offer individual video files for sale inside Telegram, and lets buyers purchase access to those files. Vault licenses content from creators and sells access to it in its own name. When you buy, your contract is with Vault, not with the creator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to buy or sell through Vault. You must not use Vault if you are barred from doing so under the laws that apply to you.

3. Accounts

Vault identifies you by your Telegram account. You are responsible for everything done through your Telegram account on our service. We do not operate a separate password-protected account and never ask for your Telegram credentials.

4. Terms for creators

• You confirm that you own the content you upload, or hold all rights necessary to license it to us, including the rights of every person appearing in it.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, reproduce, display a blurred preview of, and sell access to your content for as long as you keep it listed.
• You set the price. We deduct our fee as published on our pricing page and pay you the balance.
• You may withdraw content from sale at any time. Buyers who already paid keep their access.
• You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Content that breaches it is removed, and the related revenue may be withheld.

5. Terms for buyers

• A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the video for your own private use. It does not transfer ownership or any other right.
• You must not copy, redistribute, resell, publish or publicly display the content, or remove or alter any watermark.
• Prices and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Purchases are one-off; nothing recurs and no subscription is created.
• Delivery and refunds are covered by our Delivery & Refund Policy.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. You agree to pay the price shown at checkout and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content and withhold payouts where we reasonably believe these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy have been breached, where required by law, or where necessary to prevent fraud. You may stop using Vault at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Vault is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the bot before they take effect. Continuing to use Vault after that means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
